How often you see an underdog winning a battle? Well, an instance of a dog scaring away a leopard has come to light in Rahuri taluk in Ahmednagar in Maharashtra.

In the visuals shared by ANI on Twitter, a leopard is seen entering a house late in the night. However, the dog successfully scared away, thereby saving its own life.

The clip has now gone viral on social media sites.

A netizen felt that the leopard was not hungry. The person stated, "It was just that Leopard was not hungry enough to feast on that dog, else by the time dog could have realized anything it would have been crushed & dragged in the jaws of that Leopard. What a dangerous area to live!"

"At my place, people always put spiked collar on the dog. All wild animals always tend to catch the prey by its neck.
