Honey Singh Gets Death Threat Allegedly From Sidhu Moose Wala Murder Accused

Honey Singh, the popular singer-rapper, has recently reported receiving death threats from Goldy Brar, the prime suspect in the Sidhu Moose Wala murder case.

Concerned for his safety, Singh approached the Delhi Police for protection and lodged a formal complaint with the Commissioner on Wednesday.

According to reports, the singer received the threat in the form of a voice note and promptly filed a complaint. The Delhi Police has initiated an investigation into the matter.

Expressing his fear and unease, Honey Singh stated,"I am scared, and my entire family is scared. Who wouldn't be afraid of death? This is the first time I have received such a threat. I have received immense love from people."

Singh further said,"My staff and I have received calls from international numbers, along with voice notes from an individual claiming to be Goldy Brar. I have presented all the evidence to the Commissioner and requested security assistance to investigate the matter. I am truly disturbed at the moment."

This development comes a year after the tragic death of Sidhu Moose Wala in his hometown of Moosa. The prominent singer was fatally shot while in his car. Goldy Brar, a close associate of gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, had confessed to planning Sidhu's murder in a Facebook post.

Honey Singh faced accusations earlier this year of kidnapping and assaulting an event manager. A complaint was filed against him and others at the BKC police station in Mumbai by a man named Vivek Raman. However, Singh denied the allegations through his social media account, calling them "false and baseless."

He said, "The complaint and allegations made against me are entirely false and baseless. There is no connection or agreement between my company and the complainant, as portrayed by the media."
