Holi: DTC to suspend its service till 2 PM on Thursday
New Delhi, Mar 23: Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC) will run its bus services, including interstate, from 2 PM tomorrow on the occasion of Holi. City, NCR and interstate bus services will remain suspended till 2 PM.
The services will resume on some selected routes in the evening shift as per traffic requirement, a senior official said. Only 866 buses will be operated in the afternoon service, since the traffic load will be very less on the day, the official said.

DTC has issued instructions to its drivers, conductors and traffic supervisory staff to check incidents of eve-teasing in the buses during Holi festival tomorrow. In case of any such incident, drivers and conductors have been instructed to take the bus to the nearest Police Station or PCR van, he added.
