Hit and dragged by car, woman struggles for life

Mumbai, Dec 29: A Mumbai woman is fighting for her life after being hit by a car and dragged by it for several feet before being left alone to fend for herself. The incident happened earlier this month on December 8.

The accident was caught on CCTV camera at around 6 am that day. The footage shows the woman trying to cross the road when a car hit her, raising her from the ground, and dragging her till a halt. Surprisingly, the police is still clueless about the car and the driver, despite getting hold of the CCTV footage.

The victim has been placed on a ventilator.
