"His only fault was supporting BJP", slain Kerala BJP worker's daughter in video
Two months after her father was hacked to death by CPI(M) activists, 12-year-old Vismaya demands an answer. In a 2.20 minutes video that is going viral, the class 8 student makes heart-wrenching statements on what has become of her family and future after Santosh became a victim of political murders in Kerala.

First shared on March 8, the video shows Vismaya in her school uniform, holding up a series of placards stating that her father's only fault was that he supported the RSS. "One night swept all my dreams away. My father's only fault was that he supported the RSS and the BJP. They murdered not just my father but also my dreams and future. They murdered not just my father but our food and water," the placards she held in the video read.

Vismaya who dreamt of becoming an IPS officer claimed that she now only sees darkness in her future and has not been given an answer yet on why her father was murdered. Vismaya is the daughter of Santosh, a worker of the Bharatiya Janata Party who was murdered by activists of Communist Party of India (Marxist) in January this year. His death was one of the many political killings that Kerala has witnessed in the past.
