Highlights: PM Narendra Modi declares war on Nitish & Lalu, says BJP can change Bihar's luck
Gaya, Aug 9: Escalating the poll pitch, the Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday, Aug 9, addressed a mega massive Parivartan rally in Gaya district of poll-bound Bihar.
In his signature style, Modi described JD(U) as "Janta ka Daman aur Utpeedan" (Suppression & exploitation of people).
Here are the Highlights of what PM Modi said in the highly-charged poll rally:

"BJP can change Bihar's luck", said PM Narendra Modi while concluding the poll speech.
I've come here to request you that we want votes for development of Bihar, to make Bihar free of Jungle Raj."
"Around 4-5 lakh youths of Bihar leave behind their home, their parents, their friends for education."
"NDA Govt, BJP Govt can bring change in education sector, can change the destiny of Bihar".
"If destiny of Bihar's youth is to be changed, there's a need to bring a change in education sector", says Modi.
"Bodh Gaya bombings shocked the entire World, sent shock waves across followers of Buddhism all around the World."
"When the followers of Buddha from all over the world, will come to Gaya, tourism will grow, will there be any poverty in Gaya?"
"Jungle Raj Part 1 didn't have the experience of jail but Jungle Raj Part 2 has that."
"Their politics is driven by votebank considerations and they did nothing for Gaya."
"Within five years, we will ensure that Bihar gets out of the " BIMARU" category."
In an indirect remark at RJD Chief Lalu Prasad Ydav, Modi said, "Those who drank poison will spew it later."
"Assembly elections opportunity to change the 25-year Nitish-Lalu rule & their "arrogance & deceit".
"Do you think this alliance will last after polls? What'll happened to the poison that has been consumed for polls?"
"Bihar has given lot to nation, there is no such state which doesn't have IAS/ IPS from Bihar".
PM Modi launched a scathing attack on the ruling JD(U) and reminded people of Bihar that they have made two decisions.
"One decision is that they want to build a stronger Bihar & other decision is that of change", he said.
What Amit Shah said?
While kick-starting the campaign, BJP President Amit Shah said, "Modi ji wants electricity, water and employment opportunities to reach each & every village of Bihar."
"Today is 9th August, the day when Gandhi ji gave slogan of 'Angrezo Bharat Chhodo' (Quit India)", he said.
"People of Bihar must also take a pledge today that jungle raj should quit Bihar and NDA's Govt be formed here", he further added.
PM Narendra Modi arrived in Gaya to address a public meeting, the second after last month's Muzaffarpur rally.
Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) president Amit Shah and several union ministers and senior party leaders received Modi.
According to police, nearly 5,000 security personnel have been deployed for the rally.
