Hema Malini criticizes PDP for plotting attack on BJP candidate

New Delhi, Dec 11: In order to cater large number of support for Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP) candidate from Nowshera Ravinder Raina, renowned film star and Member Parliament (MP) Hema Malini today addressed a public gathering at sports stadium Nowshera.

Surrounded by hundreds of BJP supporters including party activists and people hailing from all walks of life took part in the rally and chanted slogans to show their unconditional support for Ravinder Raina.

Addressing to the gathering BJP's star campaigner criticized People's Democratic Party (PDP) for plotting a murderous attack on Bharatiya Janta Youva Morcha (BJYM) state president Ravinder Raina few days back when he was campaigning in Laam area of Nowshera tehsil.

She said that one should believe in healthy competition but the PDP candidate here is doing cheap politics. From this attack, she said, "It is proved that PDP is feeling insecure and it has accepted its defeat before the announcement of results in this election.

She also appealed people of the Nowshera-Sunderbani constituency not to fall prey towards the regional parties (NC and PDP) having ‘hands in glove' with Congress party always befool them in the Jammu and Kashmir State for their political mileage.

She ushered praise for Raina, who according to him is a young and dynamic youth leader having qualities to mitigate the problems of the people at grassroots level. She also appealed people to vote in large number on 20th Decemeber, 2014 by pressing the symbol of ‘Lotus' and make the Mission 44+ a success.

Ravinder Raina in his address expressed gratitude to the MP Hema Malini who arrived in Nowshera to support him in the elections. He promised that he will leave no stone unturned to mitigate the sufferings of the people in the constituency and he also appealed people to shun the ‘politics of divide' and vote for BJP to make him successful in the days to come.
