HC stays CBSE directive disaffiliating NPS schools
Bengaluru, Sep 14: The High Court of Karnataka on Wednesday stayed a CBSE directive disaffiliating 6 branches of National Public School.
The management of National Public School on September 7 approached the HC after CBSE canceled the affiliation for allegedly forging documents to seek exemption from Right to Education Act.
NPS Group founder and head Gopalakrishnan had earlier said certificates produced by the school were genuine and alleged that there was a conspiracy to damage his schools' reputation.
