Haryana's Solution Camp In Yamunanagar: A Model Of Efficient Public Service
Haryana Agriculture Minister Kanwar Pal addressed public grievances at the Solution Camp held at the BJP District Office in Yamunanagar on Friday evening. The camp received a total of 90 complaints, out of which 75 were resolved immediately.
Kanwar Pal emphasised that the government is committed to Antyodaya, ensuring benefits of government schemes reach people through online platforms. He mentioned that the camp addressed issues related to family identity cards, social security pensions, ration cards, electricity, water, and crime-related complaints.

The minister directed district officers to prioritise resolving public complaints at the camp. He stressed the importance of officers being present to address issues promptly. Several officials, including Municipal Corporation SE Hemant Kumar and DMC Dr. Vijay Pal Yadav, attended the camp.
Kanwar Pal highlighted that the government's approach is to provide solutions on the spot. This method ensures that citizens receive timely assistance without unnecessary delays. The presence of key officials at such camps is crucial for effective problem-solving.
