Haryana Roadways Boosts Services With 991 New Conductors
The Haryana Roadways Transport Corporation (HRTC) is set to recruit 991 conductors via the Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam Limited (HKRNL). This decision follows government approval, and the headquarters has prepared a list based on the demand from all depots. Letters have been issued to the general managers of the roadways.
According to the transport department's letter, 991 conductors will be recruited across 22 depots, excluding Bhiwani and Karnal. The recruitment aims to enhance bus operations on more routes than currently available. This move is expected to improve transportation services, especially in rural areas.

Naveen Sharma, General Manager of Haryana Roadways, Dadri Depot, confirmed receiving a letter from the headquarters about the new conductor recruitment through HKRNL. He stated that 30 conductors would be appointed in Dadri depot alone. This recruitment is anticipated to facilitate smoother bus operations on main routes.
The letter issued by the headquarters detailed the recruitment of 931 conductors as per depot requirements. With new conductors joining, buses will operate more efficiently, benefiting the general public with improved transport facilities. This initiative is expected to address current operational challenges and enhance service delivery.
After recruiting these conductors, buses will be able to cover more routes than before. This expansion will particularly benefit rural areas, ensuring that transportation services are more accessible to the general public.
