Haryana police files new chargesheet against IAS officer Khemka

He has been charged on six charges including mutation of the Vadra-DFL land deal illegally and causing damage to the reputation of the businessman and DLF.
In 2012, Khemka who was working in the department that handles land registration, he cancelled a Rs. 57-crore deal between Mr Vadra and real estate major DLF citing violation of basic guidelines. A victim of political and corporate vendetta, Khemka was subjected to several transfers. He was gioven another transfer last month, 45th in his entire career.
He has also been served with at least three chargesheets since last year while serving in several departments. The IAS officer has alleged he is being persecuted for challenging those deals.
The state government headed by Bhupinder Hooda has repeatedly rejected Mr Khemka's allegations against Robert Vadra.
