Haryana Housing Board to Conduct E-Auctions for Properties in Mid-2024

E-auctions for residential and commercial properties by Haryana Housing Board set for June, July, and August 2024. Details on registration and bidding online.

The Haryana Housing Board will hold e-auctions for residential and commercial properties. These will take place on June 27, July 18, and August 1, 2024. The auctions will be conducted on the website http://hbh.gov.in.

The board spokesperson said that residential properties in Palwal, Rewari, Gurugram, Kurukshetra, Kaithal, Rohtak, Ratia, Sirsa, Jhajjar, Hisar, Tohana, Fatehabad, Karnal, Gharaunda, Sonipat, Panipat, Narwana, Panchkula, Yamunanagar, Ambala Cantt., and Dharuheda will be auctioned.

Commercial properties in Sirsa, Madlauda, and Bahadurgarh will also be auctioned. The last date to deposit the EMD for the next two months is from July 15 to 29, 2024.

The registration fee is Rs 1,000 plus 18 percent GST. There is also a processing fee of Rs 500 plus 18 percent GST. The e-auction will start at 10 am on the website http://hbh.gov.in.
