Chandigarh, Feb 12: Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar today said that the state government will fill up 47,000 vacancies in the state and complete transparency and fairness will be ensured in the process.
"Haryana government will soon fill up 47,000 vacancies in the state. Apart from following legal process, complete transparency and fairness will be ensured for this purpose," Khattar said at Ambala Cantt.

Appointment letters have been issued to the Patwaris (revenue officers) whereas the selection of Junior Basic Teachers (JBT) is being investigated, he said, assuring that justice would be meted out to genuine candidates.
On being asked about reports of differences with Health, Sports and Youth Affairs Minister Anil Vij, the Chief Minister denied them saying Vij is his old friend who used to visit his residence before he took over as the Chief Minister.
Vij was present at the occasion. He said that all ministers and MLAs are working together for the welfare of the state and its people.
Asked to comment on the performance of BJP in Delhi Assembly elections, the Chief Minister said the mandate given by the public is acceptable to all in a democracy.
He said the party leadership is reviewing the reasons behind the party's performance in Delhi elections and wherever shortcomings are found in the strategy, efforts would be made to remove them.
Khattar said that investigation is going on in MNREGA scam and cases have been registered against the officers and officials found involved in it.
Apart from this, if names of more such officers cropped up during the investigation, they would also not be spared, he said. He said that the government is working towards providing a graft-free and transparent administration in the state.
"We will do what we have promised and will show what we will do," he said.
On being asked about this Ambala visit, he said that he is visiting every district and holding meetings with the officers to review the working of various departments.
