Haryana CM Nayab Singh Saini Transfers 15 IAS Officers, Check List Of Officers, Placements

The Haryana government has announced new transfer and posting orders for 15 IAS officers, including seven deputy commissioners. These changes are effective immediately. Additionally, two HCS officers have been assigned new roles.

Sushil Sarwan, who was the managing director of the Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd., is now the deputy commissioner (DC) of Kurukshetra. Parth Gupta, previously the additional chief executive officer of the Faridabad Metropolitan Development Authority, has been appointed as the DC of Ambala.

Key Transfers and New Roles

Mandeep Kaur, formerly the DC of Charkhi Dadri, will now serve as the DC of Fatehabad. Shantanu Sharma has moved from being the DC of Kurukshetra to become the new DC of Sirsa. Abhishek Meena has been posted as the DC of Rewari.

Rahul Narwal, who was earlier the DC of Fatehabad, is now assigned as the DC of Charkhi Dadri. Harish Kumar Vashishth, who served as additional deputy commissioner-cum-district citizen resources information officer in Jind, is now posted as the DC of Palwal.

Additional Responsibilities

Vijayendra Kumar, principal secretary of Youth Empowerment and Entrepreneurship Department and Sainik and Ardh Sainik Welfare Department, will also handle duties as principal secretary of Human Resources Department. D Suresh, previously resident commissioner at Haryana Bhawan in New Delhi, is now principal secretary of Higher Education Department.

A Mona Sreenivas has been given extra responsibilities. She will continue as additional resident commissioner at Haryana Bhawan and commissioner of Municipal Corporation Faridabad while also serving as chief executive officer of Faridabad Smart City Ltd.

Further Appointments

Yash Garg, currently DC of Panchkula and chief administrator of Shri Mata Mansa Devi Shrine Board Panchkula, will take on additional roles as managing director of Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd and managing director of Haryana Financial Corporation.

Virender Kumar Dahiya will continue his role as DC Panipat while also serving as director and special secretary in State Environment Forests and Wildlife Department. Rahul Hooda moves from being DC Rewari to become director and special secretary in State Higher Education Department and director in Technical Education Department.

HCS Officers' New Posts

Mannat Rana and Vishwanatha from Haryana Civil Service (HCS) have received new postings. Neha Singh transitions from her role as DC Palwal to administrator HSVP Panchkula and additional director Urban Estate Panchkula.

The reshuffling aims to enhance administrative efficiency across various departments in Haryana. The government hopes these changes will bring fresh perspectives to their respective areas.
