Following the devastating event, the police swiftly apprehended two owners of the factory on Tuesday evening, hours after the incident.

Arrests and Charges
The arrested individuals, identified as Rajesh Agrawal and Somesh Agrawal, were taken into custody from Sarangpur in Rajgarh district. They have been booked under various charges, including culpable homicide not amounting to murder, attempt to commit culpable homicide, and acts done by several persons in furtherance of common intention, as per the Indian Penal Code (IPC) sections 304, 308, and 34, respectively.
Additional Detention
In addition to the arrests, the police also detained another individual named Rafiq Khan in connection with the incident. While the specific details regarding Khan's involvement have not been disclosed, police sources suggest that he may have been the manager of the ill-fated factory.
