Hamid Ansari: Attempts to build ‘Time Machine' won't be successful!!
While building a time machine may be theoretically possible, however, the researchers have time and again said that it was unlikely that anyone would ever be able to achieve it.
Former vice president Hamid Ansari has made a strange remark on the 'Time Machine', which is a fictional concept first suggested by British author HG Wells in a novel with the same title. Ansari said that some inventors are trying to build a 'Time Machine', adding that they would not succeed.

The remark is strange because there is no evidence to suggest that time travel would be possible in near future. It is a concept which totally falls in the realm of science fiction. There are several theories which have been doing rounds for decades about Time Machine, but nothing significant has been achieved in terms building such a device.
"Idea behind HG Wells' novel Time Machine was a form of technology by which you can go back and see what might have happened in past. Today a set of inventors are trying to create a time machine by which you can go back in history and rewrite it. Such efforts won't be successful," Ansari was quoted as saying by news agency ANI.
It is not yet clear that in what context the former vice president spoke about this esoteric concept, which is not considered a serious topic even in the scientific circles.
While building a time machine may be theoretically possible, however, the researchers have time and again said that it was unlikely that anyone would ever be able to achieve it.
The Time Machine, a science fiction novel by H. G. Wells, was published in 1895. The work is generally credited with the popularization of the concept of time travel by using a vehicle that allows an operator to travel purposely and selectively forwards or backwards in time. The term "time machine", coined by Wells, is now almost universally used to refer to such a vehicle.
For any such machine to work, it should be able to disrupt what is know as the spacetime continuum. Only huge gravitational forces, such as those emitted by black holes, can slow down time.
