Gurugram Woman Robbed At Gunpoint By Cab Driver

A woman in Gurugram faced a terrifying ordeal when a cab driver robbed her at gunpoint. The incident reportedly happened on November 29 while she and her were in a BluSmart cab. The driver Sonu Singh, her to transfer Rs55,000 from her phone and then fled some of her belongings.

Upon receiving the woman's complaint, authorities swiftly acted. A case was filed against Singh, leading his arrest on December1. He was before a local court Gurugram, which police custody for one day.

The driver picked up the woman and her son from Airia Mall in Gurugram, heading towards Microtek Greenburg in Sector 86. As they reached Sector 83, he brandished a gun, forcing her to make the transaction before fleeing with her phone and bag.
