Woman Charged in Partners Murder

The police have taken swift action in the matter, securing a one-day custody of Neetu following her arrest. However, her brother, who is believed to have assisted in the crime, remains at large with efforts underway to apprehend him. The tragic event unfolded in Kachchi Colony where Vicky was discovered deceased late Friday night, leading to an immediate investigation by local authorities.

An FIR was lodged at Sadar police station under sections pertaining to murder and common intention. The breakthrough in the case came under the leadership of Inspector Arjun Dev, SHO of Sadar police station, who successfully apprehended Neetu from Ghata village on Sunday. The recovery of Vicky's mobile phone from Neetu further substantiated her involvement in the crime.

Inspector Dev shared chilling details of the murder, revealing that on the night of the incident, Neetu and her brother visited Vicky's room where alcohol consumption led to a violent altercation. Amidst the chaos, Neetu seized the opportunity to strike Vicky with a pan on his neck and head, resulting in his immediate death. In an attempt to mislead the investigation, she fled with Vicky's mobile phone but was ultimately captured by the police.

The ongoing investigation aims not only to interrogate Neetu further but also to intensify efforts to locate and arrest her accomplice brother. This tragic event has left the community in shock as authorities work diligently to bring justice to the victim and his family.
