Gurugram Club Bouncer Assault: Woman Alleges Strangulation, Thrashing
A woman from Uttarakhand was allegedly assaulted by bouncers at a club in Gurugram. CCTV footage captured the incident, showing bouncers abusing and attacking the woman, resulting in injuries.
In a shocking incident, a woman from Uttarakhand was allegedly thrashed by the bouncers of a club in Gurugram, Haryana. The incident, which occurred on Wednesday evening, was captured on the CCTV cameras installed at the club.

Victim's Account
According to the complaint filed by the victim, Aditi, a native of Dehradun, the incident took place at a club located near Signature Tower on the service lane of the Delhi-Gurugram expressway. Aditi was at the club with her friends when the incident occurred.
Aditi stated that around midnight, three to four bouncers, including two women, approached her and her friends. Without any provocation, the bouncers began abusing and fighting with them. During the altercation, one of the female bouncers, Megha, allegedly started hitting Aditi. The male bouncers joined in and attempted to strangle her before throwing her and her friends out of the club.
As a result of the attack, Aditi sustained injuries to her neck, chest, and face. Her T-shirt was also torn during the incident.
Police Action
Based on Aditi's complaint, an FIR was registered against the bouncers under sections 323 (causing hurt), 506 (criminal intimidation), and 34 (common intention) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) at Sector 40 Police Station on Thursday.
The police have confiscated the CCTV footage from the club and are currently investigating the incident. Inspector Manoj Verma, the Station House Officer (SHO) of the police station, stated that the accused bouncers will be apprehended soon.
The incident highlights the urgent need for stricter regulations and enhanced security measures at clubs and entertainment venues to prevent such violent incidents and ensure the safety of patrons.
