Gujarat: 19-Year-Old Dies Of Fatal Heart Attack Practising Garba In Jamnagar
Vinit Mehulbhai Kunvariya, a 19-year-old from Gujarat, died of suspected cardiac arrest on Monday while dancing Garba, a folk dance ahead of Navratri festival. Despite being quickly taken to a nearby hospital, he was pronounced dead upon arrival. The unfortunate event unfolded in the Patel Park area of Jamnagar.
Kunvariya, a young dance enthusiast unexpectedly collapsed to the ground while practising at a Garba class in the Patel Park area.

As per a report by the Times of India, he was first taken to a nearby private hospital before being moved to GG Hospital. Unfortunately, he was declared dead upon arrival at the latter.
A family member of Kunvariya while addressing the media, stated that the deceased fell at 'Step & Style Dandiya Academy' in Jamnagar where he was practicsng Garba at around 10:30 p.m. on Monday. They further claimed that the 19-year-old was completely healthy with no prior health conditions.
Notably, common reasons for heart issues in the young include a family history of heart disease, concurrent health conditions like diabetes and high blood pressure, lifestyle challenges, being overweight, stress, and a sedentary lifestyle.
Kunvariya's demise has occurred amidst a wave of other instances, widely shared on social media, where young individuals have unexpectedly collapsed and in some instances, lost their lives. Such occurrences have also elicited worry among healthcare professionals.
A few weeks ago, Siddharth Kumar Singh, a young man, suffered an unexpected, deadly heart attack while exercising on a treadmill at a gym located in Ghaziabad's Saraswati Vihar leading to his collapse.
