Gruesome Murder: Mother kills 2 daughters, just for 1 son

Chandigarh, May 19: Sarabjit Kaur, a mother of two daughters, have been accused of killing her kids. She allegedly gave poison to her daughters. What shocked everyone was the motive behind the gruesome murder.

Kaur killed her two daughters as she was frustrated for not being able to bear a male child. The woman allegedly killed her 6-year-old and 2-year-old daughters. She also followed the same method and killed a 2-year-old son of one of her relatives.

The incident took place in Mand Sarupwala in Sultanpurilodha area. Investigating police officer informed that the accused woman confessed to killing her two daughters and her relative's son.

Her father-in-law had suspected the woman and filed a police complaint against her. The cops consulted psychologists and other experts and on the findings of post mortem report concluded that the accused had murdered the three kids in a frustration for not being able to bear a male child, he said.

Sultanpurlodhi Deputy SP Devinder Singh informed that the accused has been arrested and was produced before the local magistrate who remanded her to two days police custody. A case under section 302 IPC has been filed against her.
