Haryana shocker: Girl gangraped by six in guest house

Gurgaon, Oct 16: A 20-year-old girl was allegedly gangraped by six youths in a guest house located at DLF City here, police said today.

The victim, hailing from West Bengal, stated before police that she along with a female friend and one of the accused person came from Delhi to a guest house where the remaining five accused persons were present, situated at DLF for her birthday celebration last night, they said. On the pretext of celebration, the accused persons got drunk and raped her one by one, police said.

She and her friend were also allegedly beaten up, they added. In the morning, her friend managed to slip away from the guest house and informed the police. Consequently the girl was rescued and an FIR was registered in this regard, informed Deputy Commissioner of Police East Deepak Saharan. He further said that all six accused persons, who belong to Nepal, have been arrested.

The medical examination of the girl was conducted and her statement was recorded before a judicial magistrate by the police. Further investigations are going on in the matter. Police lodged an FIR under IPC sections 323, 342, 506, 376D, 120B IPC against the six.
