Ghosts of girlfriend’s past: How a lady ensured Jaish terrorist Khalid was killed

A few months back, a lady walked into a police station in Kashmir and said that she wanted her ex-boyfriend dead. The police were taken aback and asked who she was speaking about.

I am speaking about Khalid of the Jaish-e-Mohammad. I was in a relationship with him and he cheated me. I will lead you to him and then you do the rest, the lady said.

Top police sources tell OneIndia that the lady was heart-broken and wanted revenge at any cost. She was expecting his child and when he broke the news to her, he asked her to go away and said he wanted nothing to do with her or the child.

The lady told the police she went through a lot of trauma because of this incident. She had to hide from her parents and go to Jalandhar in Punjab to get an abortion. When she returned, she decided that she would make him pay. When she returned she also found out that he was in another relationship and this angered her even further.

The lady gave out all possible information about Khalid to the police. The tip offs were perfect and the Army and police were able to carry out a precise operation.

Khalid was cornered at Baramulla district in North Kashmir on Monday. It was a very brief encounter that took place before Khalid took the bullet.
