Gautam Adani Clears The Air On Son Jeet Adani’s Marriage, Announces Simple And Traditional Ceremony
Adani Group Chairman Gautam Adani, while attending the Maha Kumbh Mela in Prayagraj with his family, addressed questions about his youngest son Jeet Adani's upcoming marriage. Speaking to the media, Adani confirmed that Jeet's wedding will take place on February 7 and emphasised that it will be a simple, traditional affair.
"Jeet's marriage is on February 7. Our activities are like common people. His marriage will be very simple and follow traditional ways," Adani said in response to media inquiries.

When asked if the wedding would be a star-studded, extravagant event often associated with prominent industrialist families, Adani categorically dismissed the notion, stating, "Bilkul nahi hoga" (No, it won't be).
Jeet Adani: A Rising Face in the Adani Group
Jeet Adani joined the Adani Group in 2019 after graduating from the University of Pennsylvania's School of Engineering and Applied Sciences. Starting his career in the Group CFO's office, he focused on strategic finance, capital markets and governance policies. Currently, he is leading the Adani Airports business and Adani Digital Labs, furthering the Group's vision for growth and innovation.
A Spiritual Prelude to a Family Celebration
Before the announcement, Gautam Adani, accompanied by his wife Priti Adani, Chairperson of the Adani Foundation, and elder son Karan Adani, Managing Director of Adani Ports and SEZ Limited (APSEZ), participated in prayers at the Triveni Sangam in Prayagraj.
The Adani family also visited the ISKCON temple camp at the Maha Kumbh Mela, where Adani actively contributed to cooking Mahaprasad.
A Family Rooted in Tradition and Simplicity
The announcement of a simple and traditional wedding for Jeet Adani aligns with the family's values, reflecting humility despite their towering stature in India's corporate landscape. Gautam Adani's emphasis on cultural traditions and community service highlights the family's rootedness in Sanatan values, as seen in their contributions to the Maha Kumbh and beyond.
