According to reports, 46-year-old Salem, who is accused in over 50 cases including the murder of music industry baron Gulshan Kumar and Manisha Koirala's secretary Pradeep Jain, got married on January 8, with a girl, 20 years younger than him.

The under-trial Salem's alleged 'nikah' took place while he was being brought to Lucknow from Mumbai for a hearing in a fake passport case.

The Qazi reportedly consummated the marriage over the phone while two policemen and his nephew Rashid Ansari became witness to his third marriage.
