Galgotias to invest Rs 510 crore in Aerocity near Noida airport

Galgotias Infra has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) to investment in projects worth Rs 510 crore in Aerocity near Noida International Airport at Jewar.

The MoU was signed between Suneel Galgotia and Dhruv Galgotia with Arun Veer Singh, Chief Executive officer, Yamuna expressway Industrial Development Authority.

Through the MoU, Galgotias will make the proposed investments in the next 3 years in a phased manner in warehousing, hotel, housing and hospital projects in Aerocity to be set up along the 165-km-long Yamuna Expressway.

"The investments proposed by the Galgotias Group will ensure employment to more than 2,200 people directly and around 6,000 people indirectly from the start of construction to its completion," says Dhruv Galgotia.

The area around the Noida airport is turning out to be infrastructurally better than Gurgaon, offering comfort, convenience and a sustainable experience to homebuyers, students, passengers and visitors.

The investment in hotel sector by Galgotias Infra will be a whole new concept featuring intelligent technologies like smartphone access and services especially designed to cater to the evolving demands and expectations of global leisure, student and business travellers. Students and parents will also benefit from the education hub already developed in the area.
