Fuel prices have already started going down, says Dharmendra Pradhan

Petroleum Minister Dharmendra Pradhan on Saturday said that fuel prices have already started going down and it has already said it's a passing phase.

While speaking to media, Pradhan said states have their policies and revenue structure. Need to strike balance so that revenue is collected but doesn't burden people.

The comments come amid criticism by opposition parties of a sharp rise in oil prices after the daily rate revision mechanism was introduced by the government recently.
