Fresh violence breaks out in Muzaffarnagar leaving four dead
The clashes occurred in the Bhaurankala police station, when people from two communities fought. Reports suggest that a woman was also killed when she along with her husband was attacked by a mob.
The police said that the attackers were not known to the couple.
The police have arrested 8 people in connection to the violence. Security has also been beefed up in the entire district fearing any further clashes. The police however say that there is no evidence to the killings that took on Wednesday night, were linked to any communal tension.

In another incident, a land dispute between people from two villages, Hussainpur and Mohammedpur, over a shared agricultural land turned violent and lead to the death of three men. RAF has been deployed in Hussainpur.
Muzaffarnagar is still trying to overcome from the effects of the clashes that took place last month leaving 50 people dead and over 45,000 homeless.
