Four Possible Scenarios And What To Expect In Karnataka
The major focus would be on the anti-incumbency factor as the Karnataka elections are set to be declared.
The BJP is looking to reverse the trend and beat the anti-incumbency factor. Karnataka has never voted a party twice to power in the past 30 years. The last party to be voted to power twice was the Janta Party and that was in the 1990s.

Both the Congress as well as the BJP have shown confidence that they would come to power. While the Congress relied heavily on its state leadership, the BJP relied on its central team led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The JD(S) on the other hand has kept its cards close to its heart. All eyes will however be on the JD(S) in case Karnataka throws up a fractured mandate.
