Four die in landslide on Vaishno Devi Shrine track

Jammu, Aug 6: At least four people -- three pilgrims and one Ponywallah were killed and eight injured on Saturday morning in a landslide on old track to Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine in Jammu region.

A landslide hit the old track to the Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine in Katra district, police said.

"At least 12 people were hit by the landslide," a police official said.

The injured have been shifted to a hospital, the official said.
