Former Delhi Congress Chief Arvinder Singh Lovely back to Congress
Former Delhi Congress Chief Arvinder Singh Lovely on February 17 returned to Congress and was inducted into the party by Party President Rahul Gandhi. Singh had left Congress to join BJP before the Delhi Municipal elections last year.

His comeback was welcomed by Delhi Unit in-charge PV Chacko along with Ajay Maken.
Singh was a minister in the Sheila Dikshit-led Congress Government and met Congress President Rahul Gandhi at his residence along with Chacko and Maken before his induction into the Congress Party.
Singh said, addressing the media,"It was not a happy decision for me (leaving Congress, joining BJP). I had taken that decision when I was in a dilemma. Ideologically I was a misfit in the BJP,"
Former Delhi Chief Sheila Dikshit also expressed her happiness on his return, "I am quite happy that he has come back. He has realised that in the end, our own home is the best," Dikshit told ANI
