There is no stopping bad behaviour by politicians. After Ravindra Gaikwad, former Congress MP, V Hanumanthappa is in the news after being charged for allegedly abusing a police official in the Telangana state assembly premises. He began abusing the police officer after he stopped from proceedings towards the media point.

A case was filed after Additional Inspector P Sudhakar put out a complaint. A case under Indian Penal Code Sections 353 (assault or criminal force to deter public servant from discharge of duty) and 504 (intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of peace).
As per the rules, no former MP or MLA is allowed to hold a press conference at the media point of the assembly while it is in session. When the police official tried to stop Rao, he abused him in filthy language. The inspector then complained to the Saifabad police.
The Congress leader hurled abuses when he was being stopped. "Who are you to stop me? You have no right to stop me, I am the AICC secretary. Tell your CM that I can go sit in front of his house," Rao allegedly said. The inspector on the other hand pleaded with the leader to stop abusing him. "I am only telling you about the rules, the inspector," pleaded.
