A disturbing video allegedly showing a foreign woman tourist being harassed on a street in Manali has gone viral on social media, prompting authorities to launch an investigation.

Manali Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) K D Sharma confirmed that police have been instructed to identify the young man visible in the CCTV footage.
