Firing Incident at Luxury Car Showroom in Delhi Leaves Vehicles Damaged but No Injuries
Three unknown attackers fired shots at a second-hand luxury car showroom in Naraina, West Delhi, on Friday evening, according to police. Although no injuries were reported, several luxury vehicles sustained damage. Sources suggest the attack was an extortion attempt by the Himanshu Bhau gang, as a note reading "Himanshu bhau since 2020" was found at the scene. The gang allegedly demanded Rs 5 crore from the showroom owner as protection money.

Deputy Commissioner of Police West Vichitra Veer stated that they received a call about the shooting at Car Street showroom in Naraina at 7:30 pm. The assailants reportedly fired over two dozen bullets both inside and outside the showroom. Fortunately, no one was hurt, but many cars parked inside were damaged. CCTV footage is being reviewed to identify those responsible for the attack.
Previous Incidents and Investigation
The police are examining all possible angles in their investigation. The showroom owner had informed the police about receiving threatening messages prior to the incident, according to DCP Veer. This incident mirrors a similar one in May when suspected members of the Himanshu Bhau gang fired shots outside another second-hand luxury car showroom in Tilak Nagar, West Delhi.
The investigation continues as authorities work to gather more evidence and identify the attackers. The police are determined to bring those responsible to justice and ensure safety in the area.
