The Chennai Police on Friday registered FIR against three Tamil Nadu cabinet ministers. The FIRs were registered based on a complaint filed by the income tax department.
A case was also registered in Delhi against three others including drivers of Health minister Vijaya Bhaskar. Income tax department had alleged that the minister's had trespassed and obstructed officials during raids at two places.
Cases were registered against Housing minister Udumalai Radhakrishnan, Food minister Kamaraj and Information minister Kadambur Raja. Case also also registered against against Thalaivai Sundaram. Apart from alleging that the ministers obstructed IT raids, a woman IT officer had also alleged abuse by the minister.
In their complaint that income tax department alleged that ministers Kamaraj and Udumalai Radhakrishnan obstructed IT officials at Minister Vijaya Bhaskar's house and that minister Kadambur Raju obstructed IT officials at actor Sarathkumar's house.
