FASTag Annual Pass: How To Activate It on Your Existing Account
The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH) will roll out the FASTag Annual Pass for private vehicles starting August 15, 2025. Priced at ₹3,000, the pass offers one year or 200 trips (whichever comes first) of toll-free access on selected National Highways and Expressways. The initiative is aimed at frequent commuters to make highway travel more convenient and cost-effective.

Union Minister Nitin Gadkari announced the plan via a post on X (formerly Twitter), adding that activation and renewal will be made available on the RajmargYatra App, the NHAI website, and the official MoRTH portal.
