Similarly, Ghazipur and Tikri borders hold strategic importance in the farmer protests. Ghazipur border, situated on the Delhi-Uttar Pradesh border, serves as a key transit point for farmers from western Uttar Pradesh and nearby regions.

Its strategic location enables farmers to converge and amplify their voices, drawing attention to their demands for agricultural reforms and fair policies.

Tikri border, located on the outskirts of Delhi-Haryana border, has emerged as another focal point of farmer agitation. Its proximity to major highways and industrial areas adds to its significance, facilitating easy access for farmers from Haryana and neighboring states to join the protests.

Tikri border has witnessed massive gatherings and demonstrations, showcasing the collective resolve of the farming community.

Security measures have been intensified, with barricades and spikes erected to prevent farmers from entering the national capital. The Delhi Police, in collaboration with other law enforcement agencies, stands vigilant to maintain law and order.

Each border area will see a deployment of 1000 to 1500 Delhi Police personnel, with flexible strategies to adapt to changing situations. Special teams are tasked with monitoring bus stands, metro stations, and other potential entry points.

Prohibitory orders under Section 144 have been invoked, prohibiting gatherings and processions in the city. The Delhi Police has emphasised the need for stringent measures to prevent any potential disruption.

Demands for a guaranteed minimum support price, implementation of the Swaminathan Commission's recommendations, and justice for victims of violence echo through the ongoing negotiations.

As the nation braces for the impending protest, law enforcement agencies stand united in their resolve to uphold peace and ensure the safety of all citizens.
