Ex-AIADMK MLA Palanisamy passes away

Coimbatore, May 18: Former AIADMK MLA N S Palanisamy died on Wednesday (May 18) at a private hospital here after a brief illness.

He was 73 and had been undergoing treatment at a private hospital where his end came this morning, sources in the Apolitical Farmers Association, headed by the late leader, said.

Palanisamy, who was elected from Kinathukadavu assembly constituency in 1991 as the AIADMK candidate, later quit the party and foloated the farmers association.
