Gopal Rai Calls on AAP Mandal Incharges to Ensure Kejriwal's Triumphant Return in Delhi Elections

Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Gopal Rai urged the party's mandal incharges to gear up for a political battle against the BJP. He emphasised the need to secure Arvind Kejriwal's return as Delhi's chief minister. Rai addressed a gathering of AAP's mandal incharges, highlighting the BJP's perception of Delhi as a testing ground for AAP's innovations.

Gopal Rai Prepares AAP for Delhi Elections

Rai stated that the BJP believes if AAP's influence in Delhi isn't curtailed, it could eventually lead to AAP forming a government at the Centre. He compared Arvind Kejriwal to Arjun, not Abhimanyu, suggesting Kejriwal knows how to dismantle BJP's strategies in the upcoming Assembly elections.

Delhi Elections: A Fierce Contest

Sandeep Pathak, AAP's national general secretary (organisation), predicted an intense competition in the Delhi elections. He recalled that during the last assembly elections, Home Minister Amit Shah personally distributed pamphlets across Delhi for the BJP. Pathak confidently stated that this time, both Amit Shah and Prime Minister Modi would be involved in door-to-door campaigning.

After his release from Tihar jail, Kejriwal announced his resignation and expressed his intention to undergo an 'Agni Pariksha' or trial by fire. This decision was made to seek validation of honesty from Delhi's citizens amidst corruption allegations against him.

Preparing for Political Battle

Gopal Rai instructed mandal incharges to prepare thoroughly for the electoral fight with the BJP. He urged them to ensure that BJP does not secure even a single seat in Delhi this time. Rai's call to action reflects AAP's determination to maintain its stronghold in the capital.

The upcoming elections are expected to be a significant test for both parties. With AAP aiming for a decisive victory and BJP intensifying its efforts, Delhi is set for a politically charged atmosphere. The outcome will be closely watched as it could have broader implications beyond the state.
