ED Raid In 5 Cities Over Illegal Ticket Sale Of Diljit Dosanjh, Coldplay Concerts
The Enforcement Directorate (ED) carried out raids in Delhi, Mumbai, Jaipur, Chandigarh, and Bangalore in connection with the illegal sale of tickets for Coldplay's 'Music of the Spheres World Tour' and Diljit Dosanjh's 'Dilluminati' concert.
Ticketing platforms BookMyShow and Zomato Live reportedly sold out tickets for both events within minutes, leading to accusations of ticket black marketing.

Numerous complaints were lodged regarding fraud through fake ticket sales and the resale of tickets at highly inflated prices. Several FIRs have been filed across multiple states in response.
BookMyShow has also submitted complaints against several individuals.
The ED launched an investigation into possible money laundering and conducted raids at over 13 locations across five cities on October 25.
During these searches, they seized incriminating materials, including mobile phones, laptops, and SIM cards. The investigation also uncovered that fake tickets were being sold via platforms such as Instagram, WhatsApp, and Telegram.
The raids aimed to scrutinise the illegal ticket sales, trace the financial networks behind these scams, and follow the money trail generated by such illicit activities, the ED stated.
The Coldplay concert is scheduled in Mumbai on January 18, 19, and 21, 2025. Meanwhile, Diljit Dosanjh's *Dilluminati* India tour will kick off in Delhi on October 26 and 27.
The tour will continue to various cities, including Jaipur on November 2, Hyderabad on November 15, Ahmedabad on November 17, and Lucknow on November 22, among others, before concluding in Guwahati on December 29.
