ED Attaches Robert Vadra's Properties, Chargesheet Filed
The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has temporarily seized 43 properties worth over Rs 37.64 crore. This action is linked to the Shikohpur land deal case, allegedly involving Robert Vadra and his associated companies, as reported by officials on Wednesday.
The ED issued the provisional attachment order on July 16, 2025. It targets assets connected to Vadra and his company, Skylight Hospitality Pvt Ltd. The case involves the alleged fraudulent acquisition of 3.53 acres of land in Gurugram's Shikohpur village (Sector 83), purchased from Omkareshwar Properties Pvt Ltd on February 12, 2008.
Allegations and Legal Proceedings
An FIR filed by Gurugram Police (No. 288) on September 1, 2018, claims that forged documents were used for the land purchase. Vadra is accused of using his influence to secure a commercial licence for the property.

On July 17, the ED submitted a prosecution complaint (charge sheet) at Rouse Avenue Court in New Delhi against 11 individuals and entities. Those named include Robert Vadra, Skylight Hospitality Pvt Ltd, Satyanand Yaji, Kawal Singh Virk, and Omkareshwar Properties Pvt Ltd.
Court Proceedings
The court has not yet taken cognisance of the charges. This means it hasn't decided whether to move forward with the trial against those accused in this case.
