EAM Sushma Swaraj meets Russian Deputy PM
New Delhi, Sep 13: External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj on Tuesday met Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin here.
"From Mauritius to Moscow! EAM @SushmaSwaraj receives Deputy Prime Minister @Drogozin of Russia in Delhi," External Affairs Ministry spokesperson Vikas Swarup tweeted along with a picture of the two leaders.
Earlier on Tuesday, Sushma Swaraj met visiting Mauritian Finance Minister Pravind Kumar Jugnauth.
Rogozin is here to participate in the 22nd Session of the India-Russia Inter-Governmental Commission on Trade, Economic, Scientific, Technological and Cultural Cooperation (IRIGC-TEC).
The Intergovernmental Commission provides a framework for review of a broad spectrum of bilateral issues covering trade, economic, scientific, educational and cultural cooperation.
