‘Dynasty Politics Won’t Work’: Amit Shah Targets Rahul Gandhi, Udhayanidhi Stalin

Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Friday took a sharp swipe at the DMK-Congress alliance during a rally in Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu, accusing both parties of promoting dynastic politics. Shah claimed the DMK, led by Chief Minister MK Stalin, is running "the most corrupt government in the country" and alleged that both Stalin and Congress leader Sonia Gandhi are driven by family ambitions.

Addressing a gathering of BJP supporters, Shah said, "Stalin ji has only one agenda - to make his son the Chief Minister. Sonia Gandhi also has only one agenda - to make her son the Prime Minister. But I want to tell both of them clearly: neither Rahul Gandhi will become the Prime Minister, nor Udhayanidhi will become the Chief Minister."

Shah further declared that the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) would secure victory in both Tamil Nadu and at the national level, dismissing the prospects of the Congress and DMK's next-generation leadership.

The remarks come as political campaigning intensifies in Tamil Nadu, where the BJP is seeking to expand its footprint and challenge the DMK-led ruling alliance.
