The accident happened around 12:30 AM. Police received a report about a speeding car crashing into a scooter. The car, registered under DRI (Directorate of Revenue Intelligence) Public Prosecutor Bhavesh Acharya, was being driven by his friend, Nodira, a resident of Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

According to reports, both the government lawyer and the foreign woman were intoxicated at the time. They had just left a pub and were on their way to buy cigarettes when the accident occurred. Nodira, who was driving at high speed, was reportedly sitting on a man's lap while behind the wheel.

The victims - Neelkamal Sahu, Lalit Chandel, and Arun Vishwakarma - are residents of Raipur, Mahasamund, and Balodabazar, and work in video production. They were admitted to the hospital for treatment.

After the accident, locals stopped the car, and the Telibandha police patrol team arrived. When the woman stepped out, she started creating a scene. She claimed she had lost her phone and began accusing bystanders of stealing it. The police repeatedly asked her to come to the station, but she kept arguing and causing a disturbance.

Nodira was in Raipur on a tourist visa, but her local residence is yet to be identified. The police have sent both her and the man accompanying her for medical tests to determine their blood alcohol levels.

Telibandha Station In-charge Narendra Mishra confirmed that a case has been registered against the accused for reckless driving. Additional charges for drunk driving will be added after the medical report. The injured are undergoing treatment, and the vehicle has been seized.
