DRG Constable injured in naxal attack
Raipur, June 5: A District Reserve Group jawan was injured today when Maoists attacked his patrolling team in Chhattisgarh's naxal-affected Kodagaon district, police said.
DRG Constable Danchu Salam was injured when naxals attacked a joint team of Narayanpur and Kondagaon districts DRG, who were patrolling in Gardapal village area, they said.

The naxals fled the spot when the team retaliated.
More police personnel have been rushed to the spot and the injured jawan has been evacuated, a senior official said, adding that the injured jawan has been admitted to a hospital in Raipur. Combing operation has been launched to arrest the naxals, they added.
