Digvijay dubs exit polls as 'fraud'
The exit polls have predicted major gains for the BJP in four of the five states that went to polls.
With all the exit polls that the BJP would emerge as the single largest party in Uttar Pradesh, Congress leader Digvijay Singh has termed such polls as 'fraud' which are conducted to improve the TRPs.
Speaking to ANI, the former Madhya Pradesh chief minister said he neither pays any attention to exit polls, nor does he subscribe to them.

Punjab Congress president Amarinder Singh earlier said that his party will win with 60-65 seats and added that even the exit polls are in favor of the Congress.

The pollsters have said that it would be a BJP sweep in Uttar Pradesh. There was a momentum in favour of Akhilesh Yadav prior to the elections but in the post-poll scenario, all that has changed if exit polls turn out right.
Some SP leaders have also said that they have not gained anything by allying with the Congress. The Congress has however dismissed the statements.
