Sweets and flowers were given to those working in Nagpur on Monday defying the shutdown called by the opposition.
A united opposition has been constantly attacking the Centre over poor implementation of the move.
The Jan Aakrosh Divas called by the Opposition over the demonetisation issue turned out to be a "flop" show as it failed to get desired response from mass in the country.
