St Stephen College announces first cut-off list for 2016-17 session:Check list here
New Delhi, June 19: Wait for all the candidates is over as Delhi University's St Stephen's College announced the first cut-off list for the 2016-17 academic session.
The cut-off for admission to the college remained almost similar to that of the previous year.

The cut-off for a seat in the Stephen's English Honours class works out to 99 per cent for Commerce, 98 per cent for Science and 97.50 per cent for humanities, the highest for the subjects on offer at the college.
For Economics, the cut-off is 98.25 per cent for commerce students, 97.25 per cent for science and 96.75 per cent for humanities.
For History, BA Programme, Mathematics, Sanskrit and Philosophy, the cut-offs are 98, 97, 96.50, 80 and 97 per cent respectively.
Last year too, the highest cut-off was for English at 99 per cent. However, the cut-offs for BA programme, Economics and Maths have actually dropped for certain streams this year.
Stephen's being a minority institution follows a schedule and procedure for admission which is different from other Delhi University colleges.
But for the first time, the college was asked to join the centralised registration process and hence those applying to St Stephen's had to register on DU's
admission portal first.
Stephen's offers Honours courses in Economics, English, History, Philosophy, Sanskrit, Mathematics, Chemistry along with the Bachelor of Arts (BA) and Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) pass courses.
There are separate cut-offs for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (non-Christian), Christian Scheduled Tribes, Church of North India (CNI), CNI Delhi Diocese, Other Christians, Christian Person with Disability, Person with Disability for some particular subjects, and for Urdu students.
Unlike other DU colleges, Stephen's conducts an aptitude test of 30-minute duration and personal interview for those figuring in the cut-off list.
The interview and aptitude test will begin from June 20 and the list of those eligible for it will be put on college's website by tomorrow.
