Delhi To Noida Traffic Update: Kanwariya Movement, Bus Breakdown Lead To Massive Traffic Jam
Delhi to Noida Traffic Update: Traffic congestion plagued several routes from Delhi to Noida, including the Kalindi Kunj carriageway and Sarita Vihar flyover on Monday. The Delhi Traffic Police attributed the jams to road closures for the Kanwariya movement and a bus breakdown on the Yamuna Bridge.
Traffic Disruptions Due to Bus Breakdowns

The breakdown of a bus on the Yamuna Bridge significantly worsened traffic conditions on Kalindi Kunj and Road No. 13 towards Noida. The Delhi Traffic Police advised commuters to plan their journeys accordingly.
Similarly, another bus breakdown near CRRI Red Light caused severe traffic delays on Mathura Road, affecting the carriageway from Ashram towards Badarpur. Commuters were urged to adjust their travel plans due to these disruptions.

The Kanwariya movement led to multiple road closures between Delhi and Noida. An advisory issued by the traffic police on July 27 highlighted that traffic would be heavy at Kalindi Kunj Red Light and Road No. 13-A, Jasola Vihar due to restrictions imposed by UP Police.
"The half of the carriageway towards Noida from Kalindi Kunj traffic signal has been fixed for the movement of Kanwariyas. Commuters are advised to plan their journey accordingly," stated the advisory.
These combined factors created significant delays for daily commuters. The Delhi Traffic Police continued to monitor and manage the situation, providing updates via social media platforms.
