Dilshad Garden had the cleanest air, with an AQI of 312.

"The minimum temperature was recorded at 14.6 degrees Celsius, a notch above normal," a MeT department official said.

Both the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) and SAFAR predicted that air quality will start improving from Tuesday and may turn 'very poor', which is a notch better than 'severe'.

Train operations were still affected. Around 10 inbound trains were cancelled, 34 rescheduled, and 73 trains were delayed.
